I'm in the middle of a servicing for my properties. My home has been the first to get fumed and it was simple and seems very effective. The professional crew they use is simply professional and kept me informed as the process was worked. I now feel it was the best job selected and no need to tent house. Eduardo did very timely work. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Received good advice over the phone and by the technician that came to our home. The service technician was on time (actually a bit early), clearly explained what the problem was and how he was planning to treat the problem. He answered all my questions without any of hesitation. He did a better treatment of our home than what I had expected. Very thorough. We haven't seen any of our uninvited pests since the treatment. I'd say this is a very honest, fair priced, friendly company. I will most definitely be going back to them for any future pest problems. I highly recommend them!

We have been with Kilter several years with annual service contracts and have been consistently happy. Today was especially good for treatment of one small area of new droppings: apptmt was given within 3 day; Katie in office coordinated so there would be 2 people to handle extension ladder and put written instructions on work order (for our 23-ft beamed ceiling); on-time arrival; John and Jason were both careful, knowledgeable, communicative and cooperative about the work that was being done; Jason had himself purchased some special drill bits that aided the work; and clean-up was minimal since they put down a clean canvas cloth and allowed time for me to put down plastic on top to catch the few drips (we have a very light-colored carpet in that area). Our new condo got invaded by subterranean termites, like 30 hanging out on the spare bedroom windowsill. Gross! I saw this because I was going to start painting the walls, ew! What are these two little greasy looking spots on the wall? Hope they don't need primer. Touch them. Finger goes through the wall. Termites everywhere. Gross. Property management sends out John from Kilter on Friday morning. He delivers the bad news: Gotta drill your foundation. Then the good news: We can do it tomorrow between 1-4. Ok. Kilter does not run on cable guy time. Hector was at our door at 1 sharp. He pulled up the carpet, drilled, treated, filled, and put the carpet back. He even patched the holes in the wall for me. Nice. All done in 2 hours. Couldn't even tell he was there except for having to vacuum. Oh, and not having termites. Don't know what it cost, but I was impressed with the service for sure!
